These Specific Terms supplement the General Terms of Use and the Partner Terms for Nadi's Social Service (Kelas Sosial, the Social class) operated by Nadi ("we", "us" or "our"). Capitalised terms have the meanings defined in the General Terms and the Partner Terms.
1Scope
- 1.1
The Social Service is the transport of a Patient in the Social class, namely a trip carried out by a Partner Organisation without a Fare and without a Service Fee.
- 1.2
The Social Service is limited and depends on the availability of Partner Organisations that are on standby and willing to carry it out. Its availability is not guaranteed, and a request that is not served is not negligence on our part or on the part of the Partner Organisation.
- 1.3
The Social Service is different from SOS. In an emergency, use SOS or call 119.
- 1.4
In the event of any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms prevail for the Social Service.
Part A — for Users
2Requirements and Coverage
- 2.1
The Social Service is open to anyone who needs it and is requested through an Account. A surat keterangan tidak mampu (certificate of low-income status) may support a request, but is not a requirement.
- 2.2
The Social Service is provided for trips of up to 60 km. Requests for longer distances cannot be submitted as the Social Service.
- 2.3
If no Partner Organisation is willing, the Application tells you so. You may place a paid Order or try again at another time.
- 2.4
You must state your access, companion, and equipment needs when ordering, so that the Partner Organisation can assess its willingness and the suitability of its unit.
3Prohibition on Charging
4Cancellation
Part B — for Partner Organisations and Crew
5Performance
- 5.1
Social Service Orders are forwarded only to units that the Partner Organisation has declared as accepting social Orders, within the limits of the eligibility we set for that Partner Organisation. The Partner Organisation may change that declaration at any time through the Application.
- 5.2
The Social Service is carried out to the same standard as paid Orders.
- 5.3
The Crew and Partner Organisations must not charge or accept payment, tips, or compensation from the User for the Social Service.
- 5.4
The Social Service is not subject to Commission.
6Closing Provisions
- 6.1
Matters not governed by these Specific Terms, including governing law, dispute resolution, and changes, are subject to the General Terms for Users and to the Partner Terms for Partner Organisations and Crew.
- 6.2
These Specific Terms are made in Indonesian and English, and if there is any difference in interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version prevails.
7Revision History
