Terms and policies
The following documents govern the use of the Nadi Application and Services operated by Nadi. The General Terms apply to every User; the Specific Terms apply to the Service ordered, each with Part A for Users and Part B for Partner Organisations and Crew; the Partner Terms apply to Partner Organisations, Volunteer Crew Members, Managers, and Owners. All documents are made in Indonesian and English, and if there is any difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version prevails.
General Terms
Applies to all Nadi Users.
Specific Terms for Services
- Medical TransportIn-city and out-of-town Patient trips, scheduled, round trip, and recurring, including Bids and Deposits.
- Funeral TransportTransport of the deceased, documents prepared by the family, waiting time, and Fares.
- Event StandbyAmbulance standby at the event venue, minimum hours, full payment in advance, and extensions.
- SOSRequests for an ambulance in an emergency, free of charge and open to anyone.
- Social ServiceTrips without a Fare that are limited and depend on the availability of Partner Organisations.

- Account DeletionHow to request deletion of an Account, including without the Application, and the data that is deleted and the data that is retained.

Nadi is not a health care facility and is not the Government emergency service. In an emergency, use SOS in the Application; if no unit is available, you can call 119.
