Specific Terms for the Funeral Transport Service

The Funeral Transport Service is the transport of the deceased in a Partner Organisation's vehicle from the pickup point to the destination, within the city or out of town, on an Order from the family or another party handling the deceased (the "Ordering Party").

The Funeral Transport Service is not a medical service and not a funeral arrangement service. The Crew does not perform medical procedures, does not determine the cause of death, and does not issue any documents.

Pemulasaraan (preparation of the deceased), funeral supplies, and burial arrangements are not included in the Funeral Transport Service, unless agreed separately with the party providing them.

In the event of any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms prevail for the Funeral Transport Service.

The Fare follows the applicable Funeral Transport Service fare card and is displayed before the Ordering Party places the Order.

The provisions on In-City Trips and Out-of-Town Trips in the Specific Terms for the Medical Transport Service, including Bids and Deposits for Out-of-Town Trips, also apply to the Funeral Transport Service, using the Funeral Transport Service fare card.

When ordering, the Ordering Party states the destination, the family's contact, and the information the Crew needs for the pickup, for example the floor, road access, or the need for a stretcher.

Documents requested by the hospital, the burial place, or the competent authorities are prepared by the family or the Ordering Party. We and the Partner Organisation do not handle those documents.

Time the Crew spends waiting at the pickup point while documents are being arranged is not subject to the waiting fee. The waiting fee is charged only as set out in Article 6.5 of the General Terms, namely while the Crew waits at the destination on a round trip.

The Service is limited to transport. Supplies or services other than transport are not included in the Fare and do not form part of the Service.

The Ordering Party may cancel an Order at any time before the Crew arrives at the pickup point, free of charge, as set out in Article 8 of the General Terms and in the Service Policy.

We do not send follow-up messages about the situation after the trip for Funeral Transport Service Orders.

Funeral Transport Service Orders are forwarded only to Partner Organisations that state that they provide transport of the deceased, and to units registered for transport of the deceased.

The Crew must treat the deceased and the family with respect, communicate with the family only as far as necessary for the trip, and not perform medical procedures.

The Crew updates the trip stage in the Application as set out in Article 8 of the Specific Terms for the Medical Transport Service.

Billing and Commission follow Article 9 of the Specific Terms for the Medical Transport Service and the Partner Terms. The Crew must not collect any amount other than the amount displayed in the Application.

Matters not governed by these Specific Terms, including governing law, dispute resolution, and changes, are subject to the General Terms for the Ordering Party and to the Partner Terms for Partner Organisations and Crew.

These Specific Terms are made in Indonesian and English, and if there is any difference in interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version prevails.
