About these numbers
The numbers show the service activity of Nadi and its partners. They are not a measure of SDG achievement, treatment outcomes, or an independently audited report. Sosial trips cover completed patient and hearse trips at no charge; SOS trips are counted separately. A partner is counted once in the report month if it completed at least one Sosial or SOS trip.
Complaints cover reports made through the app’s complaint feature about an order, grouped by the month received, with their latest handling status. Phone calls, email and general help chats are not included.
Period and privacy
Trips are grouped by the month they were completed and complaints by the month received, in Western Indonesia Time. You can view up to the last 12 months. The numbers are updated every hour and may change if trip records are corrected.
Only trips with complete completion records are counted. Test orders, cancellations and trips served by others are not included.
Names, phone numbers, addresses and health details are not shown. Numbers from one to four are written “<5”. Zero means no records met the criteria in that period.
