Short answers for patients, crews, managers and accounts.

Patients and families

Is Nadi a health facility?

No. Nadi connects users with independent ambulance organisations. Vehicles, crews, equipment, licences and the service itself are handled by the partner organisation. Nadi does not diagnose, treat or give medical care.

What should I have ready before choosing a service?

The full pickup and destination addresses, how to get in, a contact on site, the schedule, and any companion or equipment needs. Check the organisation, the price breakdown and what the service covers against what you need before you agree.

Paid, but the payment is not confirmed?

Don’t pay again straight away. Keep the order number, time, amount and proof of payment. Contact customer service to check it; never share your PIN, OTP, CVV or password.

How do I make a complaint?

Include the order number, the date, a short summary of the problem and the outcome you expect. Send any relevant proof through the official contacts. Avoid sending health details that aren’t needed, and keep the conversation for follow-up.

What if a payment expires?

Open the order and create a new payment. The old code can’t be used again.

Can I book for a family member?

Yes. Fill in the name of the person receiving the service and a number that can be reached.

What if I need emergency help?

Tap SOS on the home screen. The emergency service is free.

Drivers and crew

Can’t find the patient’s address?

Read the landmark on the order card, then tap Telepon (Call) to reach the patient. Don’t wait without word.

Can’t reach the patient?

Call twice. If there is still no answer, tell your manager from the order card.

Does the patient pay cash?

The amount to collect shows on the order card when it is time. If it says Gratis (free), don’t charge anything.

Hospital ER full?

Tap Laporkan IGD penuh (report ER full) on the order card. Other crews heading there are told. Ask your manager to find another destination.

Need to change the destination?

Request a destination change from the order card. Give a short reason, for example the ER is full.

Patient paying by QRIS?

Follow the payment method and instructions on the order. Make sure the payment shows as confirmed before treating it as paid. If something goes wrong, contact your manager or Nadi customer service.

Why are no orders coming in?

Make sure your status is siaga (standing by) and location permission is always on. Orders go to the nearest crew standing by.

How do I decline an order?

Tap Tolak (decline) and choose a reason. Reasons help your manager plan the schedule.

When do I get paid?

After the trip ends and your organisation sets your pay. Withdraw from Profil → Rekening penarikan (withdrawal account).

My document was rejected?

Open Profil → Dokumen saya (my documents), read the reason, then upload a clear file again.

My driving licence expired?

Upload the new one in Profil → Dokumen saya (my documents). Compliance checks it. If there is a deadline, upload before that date to keep receiving orders.

Organisation managers

Orders not showing in the inbox?

Check Mode libur (holiday mode) in Profil, bills in Keuangan (finance), and the garage location. Orders only show for organisations in range.

Have a bill?

Open Keuangan (finance) to see the bill and pay it. Paid orders stop if the bill passes the limit; contact customer service if you need help.

Bill looks wrong?

Open Keuangan → Riwayat saldo (balance history), then tap Sanggah (dispute) on that line. A Nadi admin will reply.

A volunteer declined an order?

Orders are not re-broadcast automatically. Offer it to another volunteer, or broadcast it to everyone from the order card.

How do I pay the crew?

Keuangan → Bayaran kru (crew pay). It is taken from the organisation’s balance, or choose Lewati (skip) if already paid in cash.

Organisation taking a break?

Profil → Mode libur (holiday mode). New orders stop coming in until the time you choose.

Documents about to expire?

Open Operasi → Dokumen (documents), upload the new file and fill in its validity date. Compliance checks it. If Compliance sets a deadline, upload before that date so the unit or volunteer keeps receiving orders.

Not ready to take orders yet?

New organisations and units start as not ready. Complete the documents in Operasi → Dokumen (documents), then Compliance switches them on.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?

Nadi Pasien: Akun → Privasi & data → Minta penghapusan akun (request account deletion). Nadi Mitra: Profil → Hapus akun (delete account). You can also use the Delete account page on this site, without the app. We reply within 3 × 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming who owns the account.

Forgot your password?

Tap Lupa kata sandi (forgot password) on the sign-in screen. A code is sent to your WhatsApp.

Partner account suspended?

The reason shows in the app. Tap Ajukan banding (appeal) under it; the compliance team replies in the app.
