- In town and out of town
- Up to 60 km: a fixed fare from the table above.
- Over 60 km: the price comes from partner quotes, within the per-km range in the table. Quotes include tolls.
- The 5 % service charge is already in the price shown.
- Extras
- Return trip: Rp50,000. The crew waits and brings you back. In town.
- In-town tolls and parking as spent, up to Rp100,000 for tolls and Rp5,000 for parking.
- Waiting
- The first 60 minutes are free.
- Then Rp30,000 per hour, rounded up.
- At most 10 hours.
- Payment
- Payment is currently made in cash.
- Out of town: at least 50% upfront before departure, cashless.
- Event Standby: paid in full before departure, cashless.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel free of charge before the crew arrives.
- Refunds within 7 working days.
- Failed payment
- Money taken but the order not paid? Don’t pay again. Send the order number to our WhatsApp.
- Safety
- Nadi never asks for your PIN, OTP or CVV. Don’t share them with anyone.
